10k project: 1964 Porsche 356C

This 1964 356C has a very good body, without any major sign of rust or ding or past crashes. The seller says that it is actually a basket case project as he doesn’t have a garage (?). He also says that the car is matching number, according to the original driver’s manual and service book which come with the car.

However, like the 99% of not-restored 356, the car has rust issue (let’s call them holes) on floors, battery box area and around the headlights hedges. The paint code 6402 means “Ruby Red” so the car still brings the original shade.

“My setback is your gain”, as the seller says, and at last we can’t disagree with him: this project is plenty of work but, as a matching number car, complete also with the original books, we suppose that it’s hard to find an equivalent project at less than the asking price: find it for sale at $10,000 here in Redmond, WA.
