Have you ever seen a first-series Giulietta Sprint Veloce with a sunroof? We haven’t, and that’s precisely why we’re featuring it.
The seller says this could be one of only three produced with this feature. We’re not sure where that information comes from, but we have no trouble believing it, given that, to our knowledge, we’ve never seen this on a standard Giulietta—let alone on a Veloce, whose purpose was to be minimal and lightweight, offering nothing superfluous to the driver beyond lightness and agility.
Regarding the restoration, it appears to have been carried out to a high standard (as one would expect, given the significance of the car). Everything seems in the right place, although we would have liked to see a few photos of the engine bay and underbody—which we don’t doubt are also perfect—especially at the asking price. Find it for sale at €285,000 (today $295,000) here in Bussolengo, Italy.
