This little car with such an important name was produced by the german Goliath-Werke Borgward & Co until 1959, when these cars changed their name into Hansa.

So, 1958 was the year in which the 1100 Coupé has been produced with the Goliath name, and considering that the coupé was produced in lower numbers than the estate and sedan version of the same car.

This particular car is an unfinished project which is stuck since 15 years ago; the car has been basically restored with the exception of the engine which, although with the car, needs to be rebuilt.
