Finned wagon: 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad

Like the Bug published on monday, even this ’57 Nomad shows tons of patina. But, differently from that Bug, this car has some rust holes on the roof wich are not so sexy to see. However, the seller says that those holes are the only ones on the car and that they’re less serious than they could look at the first sight.

He also says that in the car there is an “unknown” Chevy small block along with a powerglide transmission with a 12 bolt rear end: that means that all the mechanical parts need to be reviwed but it’s the least pain to bear when putting your hands on this car, which is mostly complete with all the parts. We don’t know anything about interiors, as no photo is provided. So much work’s needed here, but a Nomad is worth it. Find it for sale at $15,000 here in Simi Valley, CA.
