Ok, we’ve just said it but every time we stare at this car we see a lot of the Speedster DNA, and somehow there’s a reason for it.

Actually this is a proper roadster built using a fiberglass body; it has no windows and it is pushed by a flat twin, aircooled engine: to be more precise the power unit is a 850 c.c. and develops 40 h.p. which are enough for a car which weighs less than your coffee machine. The reason of its lightness is of course its extreme simplicity: it doesn’t even have the door handles.

This particular specimen is clearly fully restored inside and out, it has a rebuilt engine, a gear shift lever on the floor (using spare parts from a Dyna 24CT) and, last but not least, this car has a proper boot lid: it actually didn’t have it when it came out by the factory but this modification has been done later. So not original but effective for sure. Both the interior and exterior color match perfectly, and the summer is coming. Find it for sale at £32,500 (today $50,700) here in Quernmore, UK.
