The Simca Aronde was a popular and economy car in France back in the fifties and sixties, it was produced in several variations including the estate version, which came out in late 1953.

This car was pushed by an inline-four, 1221 c.c. Fiat engine which produced 51 h.p: a very economic and rock solid unit mated with a four speed Fiat transmission. However, the Chatelaine had a detuned version of that engine in order to favor the torque.

This particular car seems to be in very nice conditions and, on top, it has a funny owner: in the ad he wrote that this car is loaded with rear collision radar, a seven speed automatic gearbox, heated seats and two years warranty. However, he leaved his phone number so you’re free to ask him more on this car. Find it for sale at €5,500 (today $7,500) here in Mauriac, France.
