Lancia again. This time though, it is not a “common” Flaminia but a rare Flavia Zagato with an even rare color combo: the seller says that’s white on white but that’s not correct.
Indeed the paint is Santa Anita Ivory and interiors are upholstered in tan leather: a very unusual color combo and for sure the first one with these colors we’ve seen so far. That’s a very interesting car not only for the colors but also for the conditions.
The seller says that’s a nice candidate to restore but actually we wouldn’t restore it: it has been for sure stored properly for many years and both the body and the interiors look very nice: there are not photos of the undercarriage but we guess that with a mechanical overhaul this car can be driven and shown as is. Find it for sale at $69,500 here in Astoria, NY.
whilst I like the Fulvia Zagato and love the Flaminia Zagato, I don’t like their take on the Flavia. not a bad car, it’s just too weird for me. I’d rather get a regular Flavia coupe.
